fix(inkSwitch): remap size scale so md matches previous sm - #68

The md tier (100x36) was oversized relative to the 12px label font and surrounding form controls, which made the default switch read as 'large' in dense settings forms. Shift the scale down: md := 80x24 (old sm), lg := 100x36 (old md), sm := 64x24, base/xs := 48x20. Visually breaking for consumers that depended on the old md/lg rendered sizes.

InkSwitch 的
md档（100×36）相对 12px 的 label 字体和周围表单控件明显过大，默认档在设置页这类密集表单里观感是"大"而不是"中"（InKCre/impl-ts 遥测开关的实际反馈）。改动
尺寸梯度整体下移：
旧 lg（120×48）不再有档位承接——impl-ts 与 stories 均无 lg 使用。
影响
对依赖旧 md/lg 渲染尺寸的消费方是视觉性变更（minor + changeset 已注明）。impl-ts 侧将由配套 PR bump 到本版本并移除遥测开关上的临时
size="sm"（新默认 md 即目标观感）。
