Teamにはこのリポジトリへの権限が付与されておらず個人Collaborator運用のため、 Team指定ではなく個人アカウント（@Shion1305 @Tivo0921）を指定する。 また lusy Team には研修者本人が含まれるため、教材のオーナーには指定しない （研修者が教材の変更を自分で承認できてしまうため）。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

プレースホルダのままだと Code Owner の自動アサインが機能しないためです。
Team指定（
@Lumos-Programming/lusyなど）を採用しなかった理由は2つあります。権限のないTeamをCode Ownerに指定しても機能しません。
lusyTeamには研修者本人が含まれる — 教材のオーナーに指定すると、研修者が教材の変更を自分で承認できてしまいます。
