Scope
Keep the public
/libraryroute stable while authentication is resolving, then show a clear guest entry with an explicit sign-in path. Make extension download and connection guidance available without authentication while keeping account and key management protected.This PR preserves the existing signed-in flow, OAuth callbacks, extension-key authorization, and account-scoped storage. Tests use synthetic accounts/tokens and block non-local network requests.
