Closes #115

Summary

Install Code Jury in Claude Code:

claude plugin marketplace add agentsdance/codejury
claude plugin install codejury@codejury
/codejury:review https://github.com/owner/repo/pull/123
/codejury:review https://github.com/owner/repo/pull/123 --reviewer claude --judge codex --rounds 3
  • Add a repository marketplace and a self-contained plugin containing /codejury:review and multi-agent-code-review.
  • Scope both plugin skills to PR reviews. Require a positional PR URL or --pr; if omitted, ask for the URL before running any commands. Flags such as --dir and --resume do not replace the URL. Local-branch and local-directory reviews are outside the plugin's scope.
  • Use the installed jury, falling back to npx -y @agentsdance/codejury. Preserve explicit flags and saved agent/model choices.
  • Default to --web=true and share the exact clickable console link. Report review completion without waiting for the console server to exit, then leave it available. Preserve explicit --web=false.
  • Default to --push=false; edits and local commits can still occur. Explicit --push enables publishing.
  • Move the manual review skill into the plugin, use portable documentation links, and update its configuration and exact-session resume guidance.
  • Document installation, prerequisites, updates, and validation. Keep the CLI's bin/ outside the plugin root and omit a plugin version so updates follow the repository.

Validation

  • node --test test/plugin.test.js: 2 passed on the final PR-only instructions.
  • claude plugin validate ./plugin: passed. Warnings cover the deliberately omitted version and optional directory-listing icon.
  • git diff --check: passed.
  • After merging current master, the full suite passed all 260 tests and the installed-package check passed (55 files). Subsequent changes are plugin instructions and documentation.
  • Live Claude Code 2.1.306 with this plugin: exact /codejury:review asked for a PR URL and invoked no tools, even from a Git checkout.
  • Live Claude Code with only --dir, reviewer/judge/round flags, and --resume also asked for a PR URL and invoked no tools.
  • A live invocation using --pr https://github.com/agentsdance/codejury/pull/132 accepted the URL, preserved the requested agents and --web=false, added --push=false, and launched the real reviewer. This verified PR acceptance and startup; the disposable run was then stopped, so it is not claimed as a completed review.
  • Local marketplace installation was checked with an isolated CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR; both plugin skills were listed and enabled. Installed-CLI and npx-fallback selection were also verified in live sessions.
  • Live tests use shell-launched Claude Code. Desktop automation refused iTerm2 and macOS Terminal, so these are not GUI-terminal tests.

Limitations

  • Agent CLIs must be installed and authenticated separately.
  • Single-PR URL checkouts are temporary; their unpushed fixes are removed during cleanup.
  • Copies or symlinks using skill/SKILL.md must use plugin/skills/multi-agent-code-review/SKILL.md.

Add a plugin marketplace at the repository root (.claude-plugin/marketplace.json)
listing one plugin in plugin/, so users can run:

  claude plugin marketplace add agentsdance/codejury
  claude plugin install codejury@codejury

The plugin carries two skills:
- /codejury:review runs `jury review` (or npx @agentsdance/codejury) with
--web=false and, unless the user passes --push, --push=false, then
summarizes findings and verdicts. It is user-invoked only.
- multi-agent-code-review, moved from skill/SKILL.md, with its repository
links made absolute since installed plugins are copied without the repo.

The plugin lives in its own directory because a plugin's bin/ is put on
PATH and blocks claude.ai installs; the repository's bin/ stays outside.
No version is pinned, so installs follow the repository.

Verified with `claude plugin validate` and an install from the local
marketplace; test/plugin.test.js checks the manifests and that every flag
the review skill names exists in `jury help review`.
