I think so, especially if we can locate older variants in the airframes archives that need decoding. And POS01 is transitioning to POS02 in the coming months with a new field added to the message; there are two competing POS reports in use at this very moment.
Also, from a human maintenance perspective, lists like these would be improved by sorting on record type.

Guard the wind-speed-only branch against negative values.
The new else if (windSpeed !== undefined) branch writes any signed integer as knots. A placeholder wind direction with a -5 wind speed produces wind_speed = -5 knots with decodeLevel set to full. A wind speed cannot be negative, so the branch should emit only nonnegative values.
The combined wind branch above (Label_37_SWA.ts:176-183) has the same unvalidated pattern. Consider the same guard there as a follow-up.

only still-valid issues, skip the rest with a brief reason, keep changes
minimal, and validate.
Review comment at @lib/plugins/Label_37_SWA.ts around lines 192 - 193:
Update the wind-speed-only branch that writes the `wind_speed` item so it emits
a value only when `windSpeed` is defined and nonnegative; leave the combined
`wind` branch unchanged.

Reject impossible month and day pairs in the TDM01 date.
The TDM01 date check at lib/plugins/Label_37_SWA.ts:310 tests month and day ranges separately. An input such as 0431 (April 31) passes the check. Lines 312-313 then emit raw.month = 4 and raw.day = 31. Validate the day against the length of the month. Keep the existing else if branch so that non-digit or invalid dates stay in remaining.

Review comment at @lib/plugins/Label_37_SWA.ts around lines 310 - 313:
Update the TDM01 date validation in the condition guarding ResultFormatter.month
and ResultFormatter.day to reject day values beyond the selected month’s length,
including leap-year handling. Keep the existing else-if path so invalid dates
remain in remaining.
