build/openwhisk/.../DockerToActivationFileLogStore.scala contains OwSink.combine, derived from Sink.combine in Akka 2.5.6 (Apache-2.0, Copyright Lightbend Inc.). Add a bundled-component entry for it, in the same form as the existing Spray Caching entry. Akka 2.5.6 has no NOTICE file, so NOTICE is unchanged. Part of apache#265.
