Adds exact
modal node inspect blockscommands for a miner and independent observer, plus the evidence needed to distinguish local mining from network propagation. Documentation-only change; validated withgit diff --checkand checked against the currentinspectimplementation. Rust gates do not apply because no Rust code changed.
