dist/was gitignored and fetched at install time bypixelfear/composer-dist-pluginfrom adist.tar.gzthe release workflow built and uploaded to Satis. The bundle is one 340-byte JS file and one CSS rule set, so that plumbing (plugin,download-distconfig,upload_assetsbuild step, authenticated Satis asset downloads) costs more than it saves.dist/buildis now committed, like Statamic core'sresources/dist. The plugin and its config are gone and the publish workflow no longer builds or uploads assets; the Satis rebuild stays since Satis still mirrors the package itself. Adds.nvmrc(24) so the build is reproducible.Stacked on #31.
