feat(artifact)!: load versioned manifests as a set - #305
An artifact source publishes manifest_v1.json, manifest_v2.json, … and artifact.Set keeps one Registry per version. A published manifest and the files it lists never change: a change is a new file plus a new manifest that points the same ID at it. A flow records Set.Current() when it starts and resolves every artifact through Set.Registry(ctx, version), so a deploy never changes the templates of a running flow.
A source with no manifest_v1.json but a manifest.json loads that file as version 1. That's how an artifacts repository checkout looks, since the repository holds only the current state; releases publish the versioned manifests. So this can deploy before the first release exists.
This PR is the Set alone: explicitly versioned rows come in #346, and loading newer manifests on demand in #319.
Stack
Manifest versioning, in five PRs to review and merge in order. Each one builds and passes its tests on its own.
#320 (validate every artifact a manifest lists) and #321 (manifestcheck) are parked: pinning doesn't need them, and a release job can bring validation back later.
Type of Change

Other (please describe):
Changes Made
LoadSet probes manifest_v1.json upward until the loader reports one missing. Any other load error fails the call, so a transient fault cannot hide newer manifests. The highest version is current unless WithPinnedVersion names an older one. With a pin, only manifests up to it are read, so a broken newer manifest cannot block a rollback.
Set.Registry(ctx, v) returns version v's registry, or ErrUnknownManifestVersion. That error does not match ErrNotFound: a flow pinned to a missing manifest is a deployment fault, not a missing artifact.
Fallback: without manifest_v1.json, LoadSet loads manifest.json (ManifestFilename) as version 1. A pin of 0 or 1 accepts it; a higher pin fails.
Manifest rules:RegisterFromConfig rejects two rows with the same id, kind and version, since only the last would take effect.
Breaking:LoadManifest takes a version, and ManifestPath(v) names its file.
Testing
I have tested this change locally
I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works
I have tested edge cases
All existing tests pass
Run with go test -race ./artifact/.... The tests cover loading and picking the current version, each version resolving its own file, pins (including rolling back past a broken newer manifest, and pins above the highest or below zero), a load error other than not-found, duplicate rows, and the manifest.json fallback (loaded as version 1, ignored once manifest_v1.json exists, refused for a pin above 1).

Artifact sets can now discover and load multiple manifest versions, select the current version, or load a pinned version. Each version resolves artifacts through its own registry.
Unversioned manifest.json files remain supported as version 1 when no versioned version 1 manifest is available.
Duplicate manifest rows with the same ID, kind, and version are rejected before registration.
Documentation
Updated the wiring example and artifact guidance to cover version discovery, pinned versions, version-specific fetching, and testing.

Walkthrough
The artifact package now loads versioned manifests into per-version registries. It selects the highest loaded version by default or a pinned version, supports a legacy manifest as version 1, and updates the setup example and documentation to use LoadSet.
LoadManifest loads manifest_vN.json. Registration rejects duplicate rows with the same ID, kind, and version before adding rows. Tests cover duplicate detection and versioned manifest paths.
Load and select manifest versions artifact/set.go, artifact/set_test.go, artifact/README.md, README.md
LoadSet discovers contiguous manifests, supports pinning and the manifest.json version-1 fallback, and exposes registries by version. Tests cover version selection and load errors. The example and documentation use the new set and describe its loading rules.

Conflicting manifests can serve different files for the same explicitly versioned artifact. Enforce the stable-path contract before merging; also correct fallback errors so they identify the file operators need to fix.

- Line 143: Update LoadSet and Set.add to pass the actual manifest filename
alongside each config, using ManifestFilename when loading the fallback manifest
and ManifestPath for versioned manifests. Use that filename in Set.add’s
RegisterFromConfig error wrapping instead of deriving it from the version.
- Around line 139-148: Update Set.add to reject explicitly versioned artifact
rows whose (ID, kind, version) key already has a different path in an earlier
manifest; validate paths before storing the registry in s.views, while leaving
unversioned rows unaffected.

A Set loads every manifest an artifact source publishes,
manifest_v1.json, manifest_v2.json, …, each as its own Registry, and
names the current one: the highest, or a version pinned for a rollback.
A flow records the current version when it starts and resolves its
artifacts through Registry(version), so a deploy never changes the
templates of a flow already running.
A source without manifest_v1.json but with a manifest.json, such as a
checkout of an artifacts repository, which holds only the current
state, loads manifest.json as version 1.
- LoadManifest takes the version to load; ManifestPath names its file.
- RegisterFromConfig rejects two rows with the same id, kind and
version: only the last would take effect.
BREAKING CHANGE: LoadManifest takes a version. Callers that built one
Registry from manifest.json should use LoadSet and Set.CurrentRegistry.

Without a manifest_v1.json, LoadSet loads manifest.json as version 1, but an
error in it was reported against manifest_v1.json, a file the source does not
have. add now takes the file the manifest came from.
