Prepare the first alpha release with executable native-JavaScript differential fixtures, a complete supported-method matrix, examples, a dependency lock, and version-checked PyPI trusted publishing. CI now installs the exact built wheel and sdist with published dependencies on Linux/macOS/Windows, requires Node 24.19.0, and tests both distribution forms. Source artifacts explicitly include tests and compatibility documentation; wheels expose only JavaScript and standard metadata.
Validation: all 44 tests pass, including the Node oracle covering conversion, identity, sparse arrays, callback mutation, UTF-16, binary64 edge cases and JSON. Isolated wheel and source installs, strict twine metadata validation, packaged-file allowlists and both README examples pass. Fetch 0.2.0 is published; the PyPI publisher and GitHub pypi environment are configured. The compatibility matrix records remaining semantic limits and future translator work.
Tracks #5. Keep the release issue open until publication and installation are verified. Project: https://github.com/orgs/outside-labs/projects/11
